Laminated embossed Pewter set on a basalt stone from the Golan Heights.
Description
In my works I would like to show my emotional perception of what surrounds me choosing the appropriate stone that will carry my design: From the Golan Heights to the Spirit of Jerusalem.
I have lovingly worked on this piece adding texture, light and shadows using the “Pewter Repousse” technique .
Gold leaf, copper and brown patina intensified the pewter work on this grey lava stone.
