S#141 A Stone with a Soul
My passion is to look for the right stone that will help me to tell my story.
I found it around the Hills of Jerusalem, being the one that could carry my design.
Description
Bringing together, embossed pewter and a Jerusalem stone, I could achieve the connection that I expected.
I used the “Repousse” technique (embossing) on a laminated pewter sheet.
Connecting it to the appropriate stone, I enhanced the pewter design with brown patina, gold leaf and copper.
